Behavioural Consult
Are you a teacher, occupational therapist, speech and language therapist, or any other professional that is currently working with an individual that is displaying behaviours of concern? Are you looking to increase an individual’s skills and strengths? Are you a behaviour analyst, but hitting a brick wall and not sure where to go?
We provide virtual consultations and case discussions where we can make suggestions from a behaviour analytic and behavioural science perspective on assessments you can seek or strategies you can implement to increase or decrease target behaviours.
An initial 30-minute consultation is free, but if a more comprehensive discussion is needed, this may incur a fee.
My Areas of Competence
Positive Behaviour Support
I have spent the majority of my career working with children and adults, using a positive behaviour support approach. Increasing quality of life, while implementing behavioural interventions to reduce behaviours of concern using ABA principles.
Performance Management
Within my supervisory relationships, I have used Behavioural Skills Teaching to develop skills, alongside Organisational Behaviour Management Principles to increase and improve the performance of both supervisees and direct care staff.
Developmental Disabilities
I have worked with a wide range of diagnoses, including autism and mental health diagnoses, however, my main area of expertise is with intellectual and developmental disabilities. I’ve worked extensively with both children and adults.
