Become a Competent and Confident Behaviour Practitioner

“When you run into something interesting, drop everything else and study it.”

– B. F. Skinner

What I Provide

I provide individual and group supervision and consultation to help individuals meet the Behaviour Analyst Certification Board’s BCBA credential requirements. I specialise in the assessment and treatment of problem behaviour of individuals with diagnoses of autism and intellectual or developmental disabilities, using an Applied Behaviour Analytic and/or Positive Behaviour Support approach.

I provide case consultation, feedback on behaviour support plans and intervention plans, review of written assessments, development of professional skills to provide behaviour analytic services, as well as working with professionals from other disciplines, and exam preparation.

I offer both remote and in-person supervision, dependant on location of supervisee and agreement with supervisee’s work organisation.

My Areas of Competence

Positive Behaviour Support

I have spent the majority of my career working with children and adults, using a positive behaviour support approach. Increasing quality of life, while implementing behavioural interventions to reduce behaviours of concern using ABA principles.

Performance Management

Within my supervisory relationships, I have used Behavioural Skills Teaching to develop skills, alongside Organisational Behaviour Management Principles to increase and improve the performance of both supervisees and direct care staff.

Developmental Disabilities

I have worked with a wide range of diagnoses, including autism and mental health diagnoses, however, my main area of expertise is with intellectual and developmental disabilities. I’ve worked extensively with both children and adults.
